Homemade Paneer Tikka: A Healthy & Flavorful Delight

 One Saturday Night , I was so exhausted from work , not in a mood to prepare the dinner , so bored with eating the same Roti And Vegetable everyday and Also wanted to eat healthy that I Thought to make something that I don’t make very often , tastes absolutely delicious , is filling and is quite healthy…Paneer Tikka Just Clicked right on the way.

But is it HEALTHY ?

The question arises…

The ones you eat at restaurants is an unhealthier option because you don’t about the quality of paneer used , hygiene maintained while washing , cleaning the vegetables. At last they top it up with loads of cream which again is not a very heathy option..

 WHEREAS

2.Fibres and Vitamin (Veggies)

3.Probiotic(Dahi/Curd/Yoghurt used as base)

INGREDIENTS

Note:- Quantity of the Ingredients depends

 Paneer (cubes)

Capsicum (cubes)

Onion (cubes)

Tomato (cubes)

Coriander

Lemon Juice 

FOR MARINATION

Green  chilli , Ginger , Garlic and Coriander Paste

Yoghurt or Dahi 

Besan aur Gram flour 

Turmeric powder 

Garam Masala powder

 Salt

 Red chilli powder

Fenugreek Leaves or Kasuri Methi

 Chaat Masala

RECIPIE

1. Prepare the marination by mixing all the ingredients (except Chaat Masala) in a bowl.

2. Add in your cubed Paneer and Vegetables and Let it marinate for around 1/2 an hour.

3. Now Grill/ Barbeque/Roast your Paneer and Veggies by arranging them in a Skewer/Kebab sticks until nice charred and smokey. colour pops.

4. Remove them from the skewer/Kebab sticks in a bowl and add in Lemon juice , Chaat Masala and Some Finely Sliced Onions.

5. Serve Hot with slices of Lemon juice and Coriander sprinkled on Top.

This Paneer tikka is a great option for snacks/appetizer etc. The combination of flavourl paneer wrapped in marinate with loads of spicy and tangy masalas and charred  to perfection is a great option.

This combination is a heathier choice and will leave you tastebuds Satisfied.
