Palak Paneer Restaurant style

 Palak/Spinach is a great source of Iron , Vitamin A , C , K , Potassium etc…which makes it a Super Food…but some of my family members including kids don’t like it at all…but everytime I make Palak Paneer at home , everybody enjoys it so much…So grab your ingredients and dig into the recipe of restaurant/dhaba style delicious , creamy Palak Paneer…

INGREDIENTS

Blanched Spinach/

Palak Puree

Onion 

Garlic

Ginger

Green Chillies

Oil

Cumin seeds 

Kashmiri red chilli powder 

Garam Masala powder Turmeric powder Coriander powder

Salt

Paneer

Fresh Cream

PROCESS

In a Wok/Kadhai add oil cumin seeds and saute finely chopped ginger , garlic , green chilies and onion till they become pinkish golden in colour..

Now add in all the masalas mentioned…Saute them nicely now add in the Palak Puree..Cover and cook.Adjust the masala and salt if needed.Add in the Paneer Cube and cook well… add fresh cream and it’s done…Your delicious Palak Paneer is ready..Serve hot with Roti/Chapati , Mint Green Chutney , Sliced onions & pickle as side… 

This combination is a heathier choice for Lunch or Dinner and will leave you tastebuds Satisfied.
