Homemade Pudina Chutney – Easy Mint Green Chutney Recipe

What is Pudina Chutney?

Mint leaves are commonly known as “Pudina” in Indian Regional languages. In this recipe mint leaves are the main ingredients. This mint pudina chutney is very nutritious and good for digestion. Ingredients Required for Pudina Chutney

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves (पुदीना)
  • ½ cup coriander leaves (धनिया)
  • 2 green chilies (हरी मिर्च)
  • ½ inch piece of ginger (अदरक)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (नींबू का रस)
  • Salt  (नमक स्वाद अनुसार)

How to make it

  • First of all Wash leaves of Pudina (mint) and coriander  under running water to make it clean.
  • Now  Roughly chop green chilies, ginger, and garlic to make blending easier.
  • Then Add all ingredients to a mixer.
  • After that add salt and lemon juice on it.
  • Atlast add some water to make blend smooth.

Your homemade mint pudina chutney is ready to serve. You can store this chutney in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
